Golden Age Earth: A Radical New Political Philosophy Democratic Monarchy: A Political Manifesto for the 'Rainbow Empire'   In this political philosophy I envisage an Emperor or Empress to be elected from a Council Of Kings and Queens (Call them Presidents if you prefer) and confirmed by the general electorate. I am not advocating turning back all the advances that were made in terms of democracy and rule of law! However I feel that we have gone too far in that diection and now need to make an adjustment - back in the direction of Rule Of Man/Woman/Monarch! This is because the entire existence of life on this planet is now seriously threatened by uncontrolled commercial interests that have been allowed to operate almost unopposed by the present system. This does not mean a return to uncontrolled tyrants. I call the system 'Democratic Monarchy'. It is Rule of Monarch (Rather than Rule Of law). But the Monarch is accountable to the people in this system. The Monarch can be chosen from the people just like a President. Monarchy is preferred because it adds pagentry, colour, mystique and personality! I actually advocate that the Global monarchs be chosen by councils of kings and brahmanas or saints and astrologers with refernce to the omens and signs. A blood monarch is not ruled out, nor entirely depended upon. The Global Monarch candidates are not selected by vote but by the councils mentioned. But a vote decides which candidate wins. The countries are weighted by power, resources and size of population in terms of their voting power. In times of war or emergency there has to be a clear chain of command! If this is not so you will quickly lose the war! There will simply not be time to decide things by committee and previous precedent/law which is usually complex and time consuming to unravel. In fact it usually requires expensive lawyers and appeal delays to get anything done at all. We simply do not have time for this anymore!! Rule of Law has in fact created a situation in which no-one can change anything quickly, and we have all become "hopeless observers of our own demise - unable to take required action sufficiently quickly to prevent disaster". Planet earth is an out of control space ship and it needs a pilot. How many of you would like a committee of lawyers and politicians piloting your next plane flight!   Since huge global changes cannot be easily made, what would be ideal is to take a small country (or a part of a country where the government is willing to give it a try) and make an example of an alternative none industrial none technological way of life along these lines (and with some high sustainable technology) and then see which is superior. It strikes me as strange that no-one ever calls into question the strange idea that we have to accept anything at all that science and technology comes up with as automatically superior. Any twat can see that all these motor vehicles have ruined the peace and tranquillity of the environment everywhere. Why not try an alternative?   My vision is to set up the office of the global alternative government  in the 5th dimension or any other dimension that's free. Dream Warriors do not fight by destruction but by construction/creation!! There's no point wasting time trying to correct a bad mess or unravel the mistakes of so many previous useless sold out leaders. Better to by-pass them all and re-create Planet Earth/Human Government in the 5th dimension. In essence Planet Earth is being dangerously driven over a cliff by todays world leaders. In fact - who these people are, even, is actually difficult to decifer. But one could follow the money trail to see where the billions and billions of profits are going from the rape of this planet. This rape is going to cost future generations very dearly indeed to try to clean up. Those with better ideas could help improve these! There is no time to fully explain why this needs doing. You'll have to catch up later if you can't understand. This is 'The Unindustrial Revolution'.   When modern politicians speak about 'developed' please read 'ruined!!  I'm of the opinion that some sustainable high or new age technology can be kept - but let's start off with a near zero platform as follows! Then when things are steady we can introduce some sustainable technology, if it's necessary. These are an entire alternative to what we have now:   1. All Cars, Trucks, Buses, Motorbikes, Planes etc should be banned. Get over it!! Go find a horse or a bullock cart! (they'll shit nicely and fertilise the land without toxic chemicals. Sailing Ships Will Do For International Travel or balloons. Just slow down and start farming and planting fruit trees. 2. All excessive land holdings by either individuals, corporations or governments should be confiscated and given back to the people in small holding plots sufficient for their personal and family needs. That's right you'll all get some land if you are ready to grow food etc! 3. All none organic toxic fertilsers should be banned and no longer be used at all anywhere. None bio degradable packaging of anything at all should also be banned! 4. All animal slaughterhouses should be closed down immediately. Go mostly vegetarian!! All PETA advisaries are to be adhered to regarding the ethical treatment of animals. Small scale hunting without guns, where it is neceassary to mantain life, should be allowed within reason, unless this loophole is exploited. 5. All guns and worse weapons on up should be banned immediately under punishment of instant reuscitation -or banishment from the 5th dimension. The armed forces of the Earth Empire would be allowed to retain arms in the interim until rascaldom is completely annihilated. 6. All Nuclear power and weapons should immediately be banned. Steps will be taken to send all the nuclear waste into outer space along with all the politicians and leaders who had anything at all to do with it's use! 7. Hemp and Marijuana should be legalised whilst alcohol and tobacco should be banned. 8. In fact all drugs should be legalized, but should not be large scale industrially produced promoted or marketed. Even alcohol could be produced for local, personal use small/cottage scale. 9. Smoking tobacco, even in you own home if there are none smokers, anywhere near children, or on beaches or in open air cafes or in the street etc etc - should all be totally and utterly banned. Smoking would be allowed in designated areas. 10. We only have resuscitation - banishment from the 5th dimension - we no longer maintain and feed dangerous criminals (such as smokers) in jails at taxpayers expense! 11. Until further notice resuscitation means death/banishment from the 5th dimension - that's 'Golden Age Earth' 12 - 13. No more big roads and motorways. Many will be taken back to give land to people. 14 - 15. Factories and industries creating toxic waste and super especially industrial farming, which is only animal torture with a polite name - should be banned. Industrial buildings could be turned into residential mansions for people in cold seasons. These buildings will be heated and everyone/family will have rooms in these mansions which will also have schools near by and entertainment. Everybody who wants it will also be given a smallholding of land sufficient for their families needs. Those who do not wish to or cannot farm the land will not get this land but will still have sufficient for a small country house. 16. No more paper money and banks. If you have so much that it needs protecting in a bank then you have too much!! 17. All museums and such like places where people go to see how people lived in the past should be reclaimed by the Golden Age Government. They would be used for people living now - for communal residences and for parties and etc. We will no longer be going to the town of Bath in England to look at how the Romans lived and had temples. Instead we will be going to Bath to take a dip ourselves in it's holy waters and to worship in our own living temples NOW!! Idiots who want to revel in the past should try to get over it. 18. Trains should be extended to all villages. They will have to use some other fuel than diesel or coal though. Somebody who knows more about these things than me can tell us what. Maybe solar or magnets or whatever. 19. The extent to which alternative energy can be used will depend upon the extent to which it is sutainable in the long term and not being paid for by future generations.   God made a heaven for us. Manblind ruined it and turned it into hell!!!! Mankind is now hereby taking it back!!!!   Under this system - rules are guidelines and can be bent to accomodate the always existing exceptions. For instance under the present system the traffic cop starts to write out the ticket and when you run across the road and say "my wife just had a baby and I was taking her to the doctor!" the traffic cop says - "sorry it's the law and I already started to write the ticket". Under the golden age earth system he says - "well under those circumstances you are forgiven". Except in the new system there's no traffic cops anyway!  But it's just an example. Under 'Rule of Democratic Monarch' - authorities bend laws according to circumstances in a humane fashion!
